Victorian farm exports have hit a boom of over $8 bill, it's believed to be a record. The dairy exports in Victoria had the strongest increase, and accounted for 86 per cent of all Australian dairy exports. Why do the remainder of the world want our Victorian dairy products?

On the property, next to the cheese factory, there is a cheese shop open to the general public. They offer you free cheese tastings of 5 cheeses selected each day. Marinated cheeses, fresh cheeses, and matured cheeses - I'm able to guarantee you will fall completely in love with 1 of the cheeses and will need more. Choose from the different cheese platters, sit down, relax and enjoy the stunning view overlooking the Yarra Valley while the cheese is softening on your tongue. Ensure you don't leave without taking some home with you. The cheese shop is open each day (except Christmas Day) between 10.30am and 5pm. They also provide other local Yarra Valley goodies.
